Alkalizing Detox Drink
serves 2
16 ounces cold or warm water, I recommend Kangen water
2-3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (depending on your taste buds)
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
a couple of dashes cayenne pepper
liquid stevia to your taste
dash of Himalayan sea salt (great for adrenals)
Add all of this to a glass cup and drink first thing in the morning or make a double batch and use it as a concentrate in the fridge and sip throughout the week.
