The Jist: The Vida Well's Torie Borrelli comes to your home and gives your pantry, refrigerator and freezer a full makeover.

The Deets: You and Torie sit down to identify your health goals and design a plan for your new eating lifestyle.  Torie then mentors you through your kitchen, eliminating foods that interfere with your new plan, and replacing them with healthy alternatives.  You will learn to read  food labels and improve your understanding of nutritional values.

At the close of your Pantry & Fridge Makeover, Torie gives you three personally designed documents:
